WWWave Corporation has announced the launch of their new anime label, Deregular. Through this label, they aim to create 10 visually stimulating and enthralling IPs which will not be reliant on international revenues, by 2025. With a budget of one billion yen (approximately seven million US dollars) for each of the 10 pieces, the label will not just be producing its own IPs but will also be working with external sources of IPs.

The label is owned by the ComicFesta Manga online service and the AnimeFesta animation programming block. Since its inception, AnimeFesta has created short anime adaptations of more than 25 mangas from ComicFesta and some are risque or adult-oriented. The first AnimeFesta show was called “In a lusty night, mingling with Priests” (Soryo is to Majiwaru Shikiyoku No Yoru Ni…) and has earned it “Soryo-waku” (Soryo-type) in the eyes of its fans. Most anime are available in two versions, a broadcast version as well as a premium version streamed online.

In addition to animation services, WWWave Corporation also releases a range of anime series in English through the Coolmic website. Their latest AnimeFesta show will be Fufu Kokan: Modorenai Yoru (Marriage Exchange: Awe-inspiring Extramarital Sex in Comparison with My Husband) which is based on an adult manga by author Peter Mitsuru. It will be available on AnimeFesta in mid-June before airing on Tokyo MX and BS11 on July 2 at 1:00 a.m. JST (effectively on July 3).
